Rates for Virtual Assistance Services
Hourly and Per-Project Rates:
We understand that every business is unique, and so are the needs of the business owner. With this in mind, A Virtual Assistant in Paradise offers services at an hourly rate, in 15 minute increments, with a three hour minimum. Because your professional virtual assistant is a business owner and not an employee you never pay for lunch breaks, holidays, sick leave, or ‘down time’!
Hourly rates are invoiced on the 1st and 15th of the month with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices must be reconciled in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail or fax at the client’s request and are payable via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments through PayPal or Intuit Payment Network. E-checks can also be accepted via the Intuit Payment Network as well.
Per-project rates are invoiced at 50% upon client acceptance of total project cost estimate. The project will commence upon receipt of initial payment with the remaining balance due upon completion of work order. Final project will be turned over to the client upon receipt of balance due.
Monthly retainers ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services at the time our work agreement is signed and monthly on the anniversary date of the signing. Unused hours in any given month will not carry over to the next month. In the event that there is an overage of hours within the months time, the overage will be carried over to the next month and deducted from the monthly allotment. A Virtual Assistant in Paradise encourages clients who opt for a retainer package to discuss with us how we can best help you utilize all hours purchased.
A Virtual Assistant in Paradise completes client projects from a professional home office fully stocked with all necessary technology and resources to help complete each project. However, some client projects may accrue extra fees for items such as printing paper, ink cartridges, stamps, envelopes, courier costs, long-distance charges (outside the US), travel time and expenses, unique software, and any other office supplies specific to the client’s needs. Clients will be advised of all additional fees outside of the contracted rate and in all cases we will strive to provide you with high quality yet economical options.
Business hours don’t always hold up against your own busy and demanding schedule. Clients needing emergency assistance at odd hours or in need of an unusually quick turnaround for a particular project can depend on A Virtual Assistant in Paradise to get the job done! Projects that require work outside of our normal business hours, or on weekends or holidays are subject to an additional fee.
